Teaser Pilates Park is an athletic studio created by three girls with entirely different personalities. We blend dynamic and static trainings inside our Studio to create a crossover environment for all members who have different need and interests of trainings.
We welcome to all individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds to come, wish to encourage all members to take charge of their health and fitness journeys and to improve the mental and physical health as well.
We offer diverse classes such as Yoga, TRX, HIIT, Tabata, Wall Pilates, Zumba, Funky Dance and other fitness workshop that cater to individual needs. For body strengthen and rehab area, we emphasize to work out through the Reformer for the resistance trainings. You will then be surprised how this will make your body and posture different as well to release your pain due to muscle imbalance or bad body posture.

Promote Pilates exercises to the beginners who starts to understand the benefit of doing Pilates in regular base. Introduce the use of Reformer to activate the small muscle and enhance total body awareness thru each movements to achieve the training result.
An Active class for Utilized the reformer to train the core muscles and endurances and able to burn more calories with the result of body sliming and getting more stronger.
Focus in using the resistance of the reformer to correct the muscle imbalances, stiff muscles and posture correction. Empower the weakness of muscles thru the training and ensure the body will get the positive improvement.
Reformer flow is our signature, open level Pilates class. We use the reformer to lengthen, align and tone every inch of our bodies. Each class begins with stillness, bringing our awareness to the present moment and our breath, then we start building intensity.
You can expect a full-body workout with a strong emphasis on flow and technique. You’ll leave this class feeling physically energized and mentally calm.
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a training protocol alternating short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods until the point of exhaustion. The very high level of intensity, the interval duration, and number of bouts distinguish it from aerobic (cardiovascular) activity, because the body significantly recruits anaerobic energy systems (although not completely to the exclusion of aerobic pathways). The method thereby relies on "the anaerobic energy releasing system almost maximally".

Zumba is a healthy and fashionable fitness class that combines music with dynamic and easy-to-learn movements and aerobic exercises. Zumba is a fitness method adapted from a dance performance. It combines various South American dance forms such as samba, cha-cha, salsa, reggae, flamenco and tango.
Twerk is an energetic and rhythmic dance form that originated from street culture in the southern United States. This course will take you into a world full of movement and confidence. Through unique dance moves, you can exercise your hips, legs and core muscles while enhancing your sense of rhythm and body coordination. Whether you are a novice or an experienced dancer, you can enjoy the joy of dancing here.
The TRX System, also known as Total Resistance Exercises, refers to a specialized form of suspension training that utilizes equipment developed by former U.S. Navy SEAL Randy Hetrick. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
A type of high-intensity interval training that usually consists of eight sets of exercises (such as jumping jacks) each performed at maximum intensity for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds.
Stick Yoga is a simple two-minute stretch routine performed with sticks. Following an 8–8–16 legato sticking pattern, it works by changing the way you hold the stick and perform the strokes so that you stretch the fibers for each finger. I typically use this as a warm-down, especially after a chop-out session.

Cancellation 取消課堂:
The deadline to cancel your class without any penalty is now 24 hours prior to your booked class. If you are unable to attend a class, please cancel 24 hours prior to the start of your booked class. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before your class will cost you the credit(s) used to book the class.
取消或更改課堂必須於開課前至少24小時前於通知。 如果您在課程開始前 24 小時內取消預訂或缺席 ,系統亦會扣除一堂。
Group classes require a minimum of 2 participants for Pilates reformer class, minimum of 4 participants for Fitness class. If the class cannot be formed, a notification will be sent via WhatsApp 12 hours before the start.
普拉提小組課堂最少2人成班; Fitness小組課堂最少4人成班,若未能成班,將於開始前12小時由WhatsApp通知。

The validity period of the package starts from the first class attended. Upon successful purchase, please ensure completion of the classes within the specified deadline. Any remaining classes will be automatically forfeited after the expiration date.
